Delivery Process

Once your order is placed with your seller, they send us the delivery details. We then contact you by SMS or email so you can choose a home delivery appointment.

This information is present above the QR Code we sent you and will be requested by our delivery person.

Delivery times vary depending on the availability of your product in our network and your location.

Yes, we offer several half-day slots so you can choose the one that suits you best. This selection is made by clicking on the link communicated in our appointment SMS or email.

Delivery is the next day or the same day: You will receive a new link within 48 hours to choose a new appointment date.

Delivery is more than 48 hours away: You can reschedule your appointment from the link we sent in our SMS. If you have not received the SMS, you can contact us on our site vir.fr.

If your appointment is canceled by our agency, we will inform you immediately by SMS and contact you within 48 hours for a new appointment.

Delivery Tracking

We will send you notifications at each key stage of the delivery process:
Appointment SMS or email: Once your order is managed by our delivery agency.

Appointment confirmation: After the appointment is taken into account.

Delivery reminder: The day before your delivery, you will receive an SMS indicating a 2-hour slot.

Arrival announcement: On the day of the service, to inform you of the estimated arrival time of your delivery person.

In case of a delay from the delivery team and if you cannot wait, we will contact you within a maximum of 48 hours to schedule a new appointment.
